Cooking with the Chefs is an innovative program to have fun with your friends, make new friends or develop team building skills. Whether you do a private, public or corporate event you will enjoy not only the cooking but eating the fruits of your labor paired with some great wines.

Public Cooking with the Chef's
Chef Robert Ozoonian and his culinary staff would like to invite 20 people into the kitchen of Joseph’s Trattoria, to cook and prepare a special menu alongside our chefs.

After helping the chefs prepare a sensational dinner, a special table will be set up in our dining area where you will enjoy the meal that you helped create!  We will then hand select wines from our extensive wine list to perfectly enhance your culinary experience.  Our wait staff will wine and dine you while our chefs dazzle you!!

105. per person, includes everything… 5 course dinner, wine, recipes, Joseph’s logo apron, tax and gratuity
